Overview
Quin is a digital identity and compliance platform that helps businesses streamline customer onboarding, verification, and regulatory processes. We designed a modern, data-driven web experience that simplifies complex compliance workflows through intuitive interfaces, clear information architecture, and engaging visual design, enabling users to navigate critical processes with confidence and ease.
Design Process
For Quin (formerly Qkvin), we started with the brief as usual, then moved straight into iterating on the website design, testing different directions until things started to click. Once the core design was taking shape, we moved on to creating infographics tailored specifically for this KYC website, helping turn a fairly technical topic into something visual and easy to follow.
The Challange
KYC websites aren't the easiest to visualize, and building trust with users through design alone is a real challenge, but that's exactly what we set out to do. On top of that, the project involved a lot of trial and error, from the layout down to smaller details, as we worked to find what actually felt right rather than settling for the first version.
The Solution
We ended up with a website that used clean layouts and thoughtful visual cues to make a technical, trust-sensitive process feel approachable and credible. The infographics played a big role here, breaking down the KYC process into something users could actually understand rather than feeling intimidated by. Through all the trial and error, we landed on a design that balanced clarity with trust, giving users confidence in a space where that confidence really matters.
