Permguard
Overview
Permguard is an open-source authorization platform that helps organizations manage and enforce access control across modern cloud environments. We designed a bold and visually compelling digital experience that simplifies complex security concepts, strengthens brand identity, and communicates Permguard’s powerful capabilities through intuitive design and engaging visual storytelling.
Design Process
For Permguard, we kicked things off with the logo, laying the groundwork for the brand's visual identity before anything else. Once that was locked in, we moved on to the website, making sure the design carried that same identity through every page. Alongside that, we also designed the slides (separate from a full deck), which were later brought to life through animation.
The Challange
Making the website feel modern was a top priority, but it came with its own layer of complexity since there were a lot of custom infographics that needed to be designed specifically for it, each one requiring its own careful thought rather than relying on templates. On top of that, visualizing the content for the slides in a way that felt genuinely engaging, rather than just informative, was another challenge we had to work through.
The Solution
We landed on a modern, clean website design anchored by the new logo, with custom infographics woven throughout to make complex information feel simple and visually compelling. For the slides, we focused on turning dense content into engaging visuals that told a clear story, setting them up perfectly for the animation phase that followed. Together, the logo, website, and slides came together into a cohesive brand experience that felt polished from every angle.
